PARADISO - is a residence situated in strategical position,150 metres from the sea and from the centre of the town. The flats modern furnished are gifted with television,safes, box-shower,refrigerator with freezer,balconys equipped and privat parking. Possibility to hire a washing-mashine. The typologies of flats are different; for flats with 1 room,kitchen and bath-room,till to 5 beds,for 2 rooms,kitchen and bath-room,till to 7 beds. Service beach convenzional,with animation adultes, wi fi and baby club.
Where the apartment is located
General rules
Reservations: All reservations, including reservations done via telephone, are deemed finalized upon the receipt of a deposit equal to 30% of the rent.
Arrivals and Departures: On the agreed day of departure the apartments must be cleared and made available from 08.00 a.m. to 10.00 a.m. Booked apartments will be available upon arrival from 02.30 p.m. to 07.00 p.m.
Payment and Bailment: Upon delivery of the apartment keys, the customers is required to pay the agreed rent and pay a bailment in cash of € 100.00 per family at Società Acquario Vacanze Bellaria Snc, Panzini Street n. 7.
Young and Underage Guests: In the case of groups of guests being younger than 25 years of age, the stay has to be arranged in advance with the Company. Underage guests are allowed to stay only if accompanied by their parents.
